On this episode of In The Lab, you will be learning one of the foundational moves of Chicago Footwork, the original basic, Erk N' Jerks, from the creator of the form, Anthony "Ant" Brown. Ant is also the originator of the first battle cliques within Chicago Footwork, which sparked the movement in the late 80s into the 90s and beyond.
